Take a moment to pray. Here is a little formula to help you keep your mind centred on our Heavenly Father during times of the day when you find yourself with a few moments to think. Sometimes we can struggle to clear our minds of business. Sometimes we are tired and thoughts do not come easily. Other times we may feel despondent with the weight of worry. Using the method outlined in this meditation can help you to get back on track.
