Description: What is anxiety? Fearful thoughts can give a feeling of choking and not being able to breathe. We all have fears, fear of failure, fear of not being accepted by friends and family. Worry is like a rocking chair – it gives you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere. We need to stop, be still and meditate, replacing our fearful thoughts with the healing words of the scriptures. We learn to know God and put our trust in Him. Silence and solitude should be part of our day, to charge our batteries.
